Pandan is to Asian flavors what vanilla is to the Western world. Our first Asian inspired cookie! It’s has a unique taste of coconut, banana, vanilla, grassy and nutty all in one! We kept this one simple and used a cream cheese dough mixed with Pandan flavoring.
